Your Role 

  • You work on a variety of tasks which make you grow day-by-day
  • You improve and build from scratch the processes and operations in an early stage start-up
  • You work together with the team to elaborate on concepts and strategy in different fields
  • You play an active part in partner acquisition
  • You negotiate with business partners and source potential partnerships and co-operations

Your Profile

  • You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • You have very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are an outgoing and open-minded person with lots of enthusiasm, high level of initiative as well as high reliability
  • You want to learn more about getting people engaged and building a platform for the next generation of volunteers
  • You keep your mind on the overall goal we’re striving for and are permanently aware of how each small action influences its success
  • You have a desire to ever optimise processes and workflows and enjoy working with people and teams across different functions
  • You enjoy flat hierarchies with freedom for your own ideas and creative initiatives
  • You have excellent German skills and profound English skills; any other language is a plus

  • As member of the technical team, you will play a critical role in shaping our application
  • You work with an international team of developers and project managers to ensure high quality deliverables

Your Profile

  • You are a student in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering or similar
  • You have first experience with React-native, React.js or html
  • You’re a problem solver and you’re eager to experiment and learn new things
  • You write code optimizing for clarity and readability
  • You have heard of Git-flow and would love to learn how to code in professional manner
  • You keep your mind on the overall goal we’re striving for and are permanently aware of how each small action influences its success
  • You have a desire to ever optimise processes and workflows and enjoy working with people and teams across different functions
  • You enjoy flat hierarchies with freedom for your own ideas and creative initiatives
  • You have excellent German or English skills; any other language is a plus

Fulltime

Your Role 

  • You work on a variety of tasks which make you grow day-by-day
  • You get to know the processes and operations in an early stage start-up
  • Engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value
  • Provide excellent and timely information, help and support to customer queries by chat, emails as well as phone
  • Retain existing customers by problem solving and presenting personalised solutions to keep our customers engaged

Your Profile

  • Experience in dealing with customers and providing the highest level of service, experience in retention or customer complaints
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on listening, demonstrating empathy and understanding of customers concerns
  • You are an outgoing person with lots of enthusiasm, high level of initiative as well as high reliability
  • You want to learn more about getting people engaged and building a platform for the next generation of volunteers
  • You keep your mind on the overall goal we’re striving for and are permanently aware of how each small action influences its success

  • High level written and verbal German and English skills

  • You are very savvy with Git-flow
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must
  • You have in-depth knowledge of common architectural approaches common in iOS
  • You have experience with acceptance, integration, unit testing
  • You have experience with reactive programming
  • You got an in-depth understanding of Swift and Objective-C 
  • You gained experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code 
  • You’ve proven strong UI development skills on iOS and macOS 
  • Web UI development experience is a plus 
  • 4+ years of software development experience 
  • Swift Development Experience is a must
